AVAILABILITY: I will be on leave for a low residency grad program from June-August & will have limited availability during the academic year (September-May). I highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible!

PLEASE FILL OUT AN INTAKE FORM WHEN SCHEDULING. This is how I'm able to get a sense of who you are before you enter the space. If you have any trouble with the intake form/can't fill one out before your appointment for some reason, please send a message or text at 401.236.1612. (If privacy is a concern, know that the form is HIPAA protected. There are also relatively few questions that require an answer - you'll see a *red star* next to those).

MASKS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AT THE OFFICE FOR THE DURATION OF THE APPOINTMENT - LET’S KEEP EACH OTHER SAFE!
I prefer that clients wear high quality N95 or KN95 masks (rather than less effective masks; ie cloth, surgical, etc). KN95 masks are always available at the office if you need one! I take the ongoing threat of COVID + other airborne illnesses seriously - check here for more info on the precautions that I'm implementing.

-The office is wheelchair accessible
-There’s a bus stop (28 bus) two blocks away at Broadway + Tobey, as well as a parking lot
-My table holds up to 350 lbs
-I cannot do house calls at this time

When you book an appointment online, you will be prompted to enter your credit card info (this is in case of no shows). Your card will not be charged unless you choose to prepay for your appointment.
No Shows & Late Cancelations (less than 24 hours, except in case of illness) will be charged 50% of the session fee.
